ICF stands for International Coach Federation, which is the highest standards for coaches and is recognized as the model all coaches operate by. Therefore, all our coaches are ICF certified and accredited.

In slowing down (slow to speak and slow to anger) we get more out of what we are doing (quick to listen), we also can separate ourselves from where we are to step back and see things from a different perspective. Sometimes we see things from our perspective and cannot see others, therefore we need a moderator. However, if you can step back, clear the mind, take yourself out. You will be able to see the full picture and see different vantage points, then will be able to make wiser choices. Getting more out of every moment.

Our Journey Started

We started our professional coaching journey in 1997 as a Spiritual Coach, with our first company.

In 2018 started the path with I.C.F. to become M.C.P.C. as a Business and Executive Coach.

Started "Absolute Awaken" LLC & Trademark in Tennessee by the attorney in 2020.

In 2020 working along side of Ramsey Studios to become a Ramsey Preferred Coach that was coaching coaches.

Made Absolute Awaken Corporation official as of Monday, September 8th, 2025

So Currently we are a Spiritual Coach, Business & Executive Coach, Ramsey Coach, and Coaches Coach.

We also have a corporation of coaches to help many people.

Getting ready to also be trained under Tony Robins.
